Goods returned for exchange or credit. must in all respects be in a new condition. This offer is applicable within 10 days from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights. When returning goods, please keep proof of posting.

Please be aware that different fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions, which can result in slight color variations shown on the website. Therefore, the colors depicted should be used only as a guide.

For reasons of a hygienic nature, personal products, vibrators, and creams cannot be returned once opened unless the product/s is/are faulty, deemed unfit for purpose, not as described, or of unsatisfactory quality. All queries for item returns will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our representatives.
